Blogging and Politics

Adventures with Lincoln is taking up a lot of blogging time. I would love to be able to blog professionally but it takes a lot of work to do so. I don't know if I am ready to commit.

I also realized while traveling that I think there are 3 kinds of political views: Moderate/Ignorant- These people don't pay attention to the news, they just follow whatever close family members tell them or anyone they trust or who can give a convincing argument. Moderate/Pessimist- These people are just upset with whoever is running the country and it seems like nobody will ever be a good President. Political/Strong Republican or Democrat or Whatever- These people are happy as long as their party is in control, even when things are down. They trudge through when their party is not in control.

I use to be a the first, then the second, and now I think I am the third.

Woops

Bryce and I were talking about how much alcohol was in the ice cream drink at the taste of dishntunes.com (we couldn't taste any). Then I look over and see Bryce feeding Lincoln some scoops. Me- "Bryce, alcohol?" Bryce- "Shit!"

Playing with vintage kitchen set (working on standing up). Link grabs a wood block painted like spaghetti. Bryce and I talk. When we look back he has little paint chips all over his mouth.

Together we took Link out to the galleries in Lincoln yesterday with 30-40 mile hour gusts of wind. Today he has a fever. I'm not sure if it is connected but still we feel awful.

Lincoln now likes to scrunch his nose, laugh in sarcastic short blurps, and pull up on things. Also mostly says mamamamam and mom when I am around and dadadada and dad, when Bryce is around. I don't know how he does it, we actually don't encourage him at all because neither of us knows what we want to be called.
